Open Day Dedicated to the Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases

As part of the PRIM-01-28 grant project, supported by the World Bank Group, the Republican Specialized Scientific Practical Medical Center of Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation will host an Open Day dedicated to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among the population.

This event aims to emphasize that taking care of heart health should be a daily habit.

Objectives and Goals of the Event:

·       To raise public awareness about the risk factors and prevention methods for cardiovascular diseases;

·       To promote a responsible attitude toward personal health;

·       To encourage healthy eating habits, physical activity, and the avoidance of harmful behaviors;

·       To conduct free screening tests and consultations with medical specialists.

Program Highlights:

·       Consultations with cardiologists, therapists, and rehabilitation physicians;

·       Measurement of blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol levels;

·       Personalized recommendations for reducing CVD risks;

·       Educational lectures and interactive sessions with the public;

·       Distribution of informational materials on heart disease prevention.

The event is designed for all age groups, with special attention to socially vulnerable populations, the elderly, and youth, aiming to promote awareness and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.
