Project Management Course Successfully Completed
The Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation has successfully completed the Project Management Course, organized within the framework of the PRIM-01-28 grant, funded by the World Bank.
Over the course of 10 intensive days, department heads, scientific laboratory leaders, and members of the management team received advanced training in modern project management. The program was led by experienced international experts and combined practical workshops, case studies, and strategic discussions.
At the conclusion of the course, all participants were awarded internationally recognized certificates, confirming their professional development and newly acquired competencies.
Key outcomes of the course:
- Strengthened skills in strategic planning, leadership, and effective team management;
- Improved capacity for implementing scientific and medical projects with higher efficiency and measurable results;
- Formation of a strong foundation for a culture of project management and the support of innovative initiatives within the Center.
